Thin Crust Vegetable Pizza

Hand stretched, Wood fired and Stone baked Pizza topped with Truffle Mushroom, Parsley, Garlic and Mozzarella Cheese.


Pre-heat the pan with lid on. Remove pizza from packaging and place it in the pre-heated pan. Cover pan with the lid and cook on lowest flame settling for 11-14 minutes. Cook until crust is golden brown & cheese at the top starts to melt. For a crispier crust brush frying pan with oil before cooking.


Pre-heat oven to 180°C, Remove pizza from packaging. Place directly onto the middle shelf of the oven for 11-14 minutes
